Stories about Manchester United’s moves in this summer transfer window continue popping up like mushrooms after rain and this time there are some potentially good and bad news in this regard. Here is everything you need to know about the latest stories in the media.

Kane Becoming Unrealistic Target

Harry Kane is the man Manchester United would love to sign this summer, as England’s all-time greatest goalscorer is in a situation which seems to suit all sides. He still has not won any trophy at Tottenham Hotspur and is set to enter the final year of his contract. Considering he turns 30 and is entering the latter stages of his career, a move from his boyhood club seems like a good option more than ever. And then there is the fact that Spurs could actually earn some money from selling him, instead of risking to lose him on a free transfer next summer, when Kane’s contract runs out. But it seems that these logical moves will not come to fruition, since Spurs are more and more becoming clear that they have no intention of letting Kane go. This is why today the media are reporting Man United are becoming aware that signing Kane this summer could impossible and that they would only lose plenty of time trying to sign him. That is why it is becoming clearer United will have to find another solution and a different target if they are to finally upgrade their options in attack.

Moises Caicedo Is A Wanted Man

Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo is one of many players Brighton and Hove Albion managed to find for a relatively low price and could now be selling elsewhere, to a bigger English club. After a great season with the Seagulls, the 21-year-old is now set for a transfer and Manchester United are interested in signing him. The combative midfielder seems like a player with a big upside in years to come, but he will not be an easy target either. One of the reasons for that, according to The Telegraph, is the fact Brighton will be looking for more than 70 million pounds in order to let him go, while the other one is that Chelsea and Arsenal have also shown interest in snatching him. This could open a big race for him and United must be ready for long negotiations if they are to really sign him.

Allegations Against Antony

Last but not the least, there are some serious allegations against Manchester United winger Antony coming from Brazil. His former girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin has filed a police report against him last Monday for domestic violence, claiming bodily injury and threat from the player. Cavallin says that four incidents occured, first of which took place in July 2022. It remains to be seen how will this situation unfold.
