Dapxin please accept my apologies for calling you Dax for short! At least you knew what I meant.. must use Dap from now on =)

Rupert - I agree with the essence of what you're saying. Do you think his recent "freezing out" is sufficient though, is he ready for a recall, or do you think Fergie has yet to make his point?

And assuming that is the midfield selection for Villa, do you think that all three will be able to play the Milan and Everton games as well? If not, what would be your choice?

I really don't think Anderson has improved this season and his attitude isn't doing him any favours. Assuming there is some truth in all this rumour, he has actally been frozen out lately, I think there's a bit of work for him to do. I fear for his long term future because if he is stupid enough to pull a stunt like this, he is stupid enough to do it again. Hope he proves me wrong because the potential is there. He needs somebody to flick his switch like they did for Nani sooner rather than later. Anyway, Scholes will play at Villa alongside Fletch and Carrick. There are plenty of other options besides Gibson, with Giggs, Valencia and Park all able to do the donkey work as well as attacking.

I thought the Arsenal game worked fine right? Fletch, Carrick, Scholes over the front 3. Nani out left, Valencia out right, Rooney down the middle. To avenge that worst 0-1 at Old T.

yeah! I see where you r heading there.

And I quite like how SAF keeps the boys cooked / fried and frozen behind-the-doors, I mean, whatever happens, ferguson has a way of marking unCrossable lines for the press.

It works so well....I mean, I almost started feeling so sorry for the overRated Robinho just the way the press was shredding his very soul :)

Dax - I'm not entirely sure he is; though normally the club would have come out and denied that he went AWOL and was fined; but it seems to be pretty widespread and accepted that he did.

He's obviously not injured because he was named for the reserve derby that was postponed and he was absent for the squad against City and Arsenal, games he would have normally figured in, even if just as a sub.

Tnt - I agree almost completely, I think I am being a bit harsh on Gibson, I just don't think he has the maturity and discipline to be thrown in to these games. Would be happy to be proven wrong, but would be happier to have Anderson.

Gibson isn't good enough and Giggs should be limited to a winger/attack-role when playing good teams. So yeah... we really need Anderson!

I wasnt even aware Anderson was in some kinda trouble...

Nani's own childish open-your-mouth-and-talk-nonsense, seems to have travelled him 180degrees round. Whatever it was they spoke about to resolve it, I hope he remembers that for a long time. He's been brilliant lately.

Anderson:I am not a psychologist but each time I look @ his face, I see a strange feeling there. Clearly, the kid's got a lot to proof, but I hazard he might get there if/only if, he isnt willing to bullshit himself with that kind of hot-weather-away- mishaps.

I think Ferguson dont compromise discipline, unless you are Ronaldo - who counter that with his performances anywyas - and he wont be doing that here.

The Villa Milan game surely rest on the strength of the most daring midfield...
